Hi Michael_fce,Since the Creative Cloud installer is failing to install, i would recommend you to disable the Antivirus and computer firewall temporarily and try again.If it still doesn't work, kindly download a fresh setup and install it from here: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe Creative Cloud trial.Just in case if it still doesn't work, kindly follow the troubleshooting steps shared here: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.You may refer also to the following thread as well as a similar issue has been addressed there: Creative Cloud.app doesn't startLet us know if this helps.

you're posting to a thread that's almost 7 years old and it's not clear what solutions were tried before creating a new user.

addendum: turned out @rovkev was a spammer posting the same message 4 times to different problems in different forums.
