I tried installing the Visual C++ Runtime 2015 Update , but then I get the following error messages:

I've tried checking whether I've already updated my system with the C++ Runtime 2015 Update, but it doesn't give me the the name of that download (Windows6.1-KB2999226-x64.msu) in my list. Even if it was though, I probably wouldn't be getting this:

And Windows 7 SP1 IS ALREADY UPDATED. So Idfk....

Should I contact Adobe Customer Support, or would I be able to just download it if I (reluctantly) update to Windows 10???

Quirkyfirefix, sorry you are facing difficulties installing the Visual C++ 2015 redistributable libraries.  The Visual C++ redistributables are a component produced and distributed by Microsoft.  I would recommend reviewing https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads  and then contacting Microsoft, or posting in their forums, for suggestions on how to correct the error with the current installation of Windows 7.
