Re: coronavirus and subscription payments

I have just stopped my subscription.  I might end up jobless.  If I had Ps and Lr on a one-time only license like it was before, I would still be able to use them.  I am just an amateur, making zero profit from my passion, and I can't keep paying an amount per month.  Sorry.  Please revert to outright purchase, maybe will consider buying in again.  Good bye.

Since so many of us are separated from our physical offices (where we used your Acrobat 10), is there any way to make this one program free to users of Office 365 for Business during the pandemic?

I don't want to spend my own money to subscribe as I think another $10 is too much for this one program...although I would consider it as a cheap add-on to my Photography Plan.

    Hi

You should know that they are offering 😷 COVID-19 support meaning you can get 2-3 months free to help over this difficult period. Talk to to their support team chat, please and stating COVID-19 as the reason.

Good luck & take care  🙂

The pandemic is effecting everyone in various ways.

Photoshop or Premier Elements 2020 (approx $100, no subscription needed)

Hi Nancy, thank you for your suggestion.  I suspect it would feel mighty strange moving down from full Ps to Ps Elements.  But that might by my only way forward.  Does this come with some sort of ACR?  Or will I have to shoot JPEGs?  I'm dreading the thought.

That will not happen as the subscription model is highly profitable for Adobe. But yes, I understand your POV. There are different other tools out that could work for you, even tools for free...
