Hi Graham,

Sorry that you are having trouble installing Adobe Creative Cloud app on your machine as it fails with an error 'Error code 201'.

Kindly let us know the operating system of your machine and exactly which Adobe Creative Cloud app you are trying to install?

Are you on a managed network, like in an office environment?

Just to confirm have you tried the network and connectivity troubleshooting shared here: Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and install issues , if not please give it a try.

Unfortunately no.  The only solution I could find was to use the direct download links for the CC components I need.  This at least gave me an editing platform I could work with. The downside of this approach of course is you don’t get access to ongoing small incremental updates.  I haven’t tried to use the software installer through through CC app since.
