- your operating system version

- your system configuration: RAM, free hard disk space at least

- the exact problem including any error messages

- exactly where you seek to download from

Please answer ALL questions, or let us know if you need help answering any of them.

It's hard to say whether you have the same issue, because the original poster never answered even these basic questions!
