I have a problem with my creative cloud i have installed it but when i double click it to load it loads nothing could u please help me.

BTW: I have bourght adobe cc and i cant download it cause my creative cloud does not work and either does the  Animate Set Up.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

Hi,

I understand that after installing the Adobe creative cloud desktop app you are not able launch it.

I also read on the previous thread that you had mentioned that you have performed troubleshooting steps for this issue.

Can you please let us know what all steps have you performed so that we can help you better?
