Re: Creative cloud blank screen on Mac

I am having the same issue. Personal Mac/network, running OSX 10.15.4. First, I was getting a login loop. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the CreativeCloud app, and now it just displays a blank screen after sign-in. The Illustrator app that I'm paying $35 a month for also does not work.
