facing the same problem here!! what it's mean by logging in? i dont have anymore adobe apps in my Mac, cant install one either! HOW DO I SUPPOSE LOG IN HERE?????

I think we need to perform some technical troubleshooting by remotely connecting to your machine.

Please Contact Customer Care so that the agent can remote into your machine and fix the issue for you.

Hi Kelvin,

I apologize for the troubles that you are facing with the Adobe Creative Cloud apps.

Can you please confirm me if you are trying to install the apps from the scratch or did you have the apps already installed and if you trying to uninstall them?

Also, are you on a Windows machine or MAC?

thanks for the reply, I use MAC here, OS X Sierra. I'm trying install it, have no apps already install right now.
all in all, i cant clean it all. so i think this problem makes me cant install any of your apps.

Kelvin, try to use the Adobe CC uninstaller here: Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application
