Hi Andresj11636365,

Kindly let me know if you have tried all the steps given in the following help document, if yes then do you have any questions regarding the steps listed in it: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.

Along with that please check and confirm that your Mac gate keeper is set to allow installs from anywhere, to do this :

Go to Apple icon> System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General > Allow apps downloaded from anywhere

( to make these changes click on the padlock on the bottom left corner and enter your Mac password )

Let us know if this helps.

Hi Bani,

I have the same problem on my mac running OS X 10.10.5.

I tried all the steps listed behind your posted link and also set the system settings as you described. But whenever I try to run the Creative Cloud Installer, it tries to download "Creative Cloud Desktop" but crashes after a few seconds.

Then in folder /tmp there is a new folder with a random name like 43913FC6-F693-4D91-86E6-BA6AD82431AD. It also doesn't help to remove this folder before trying again.

In the system logs there are two messages that maybe relevant:

13.08.16 11:06:56,474 Install[1640]: objc[1640]: Class HTTPHeader is implemented in both /Volumes/Creative Cloud Installer/Creative Cloud Installer.app/Contents/MacOS/Install and /tmp/FD6E17E6-E281-42B0-8DB7-E13C7630668B/CCLBS/PDIM/AdobePIM.dylib. One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.

13.08.16 11:06:56,474 Install[1640]: objc[1640]: Class ProxyManager is implemented in both /Volumes/Creative Cloud Installer/Creative Cloud Installer.app/Contents/MacOS/Install and /tmp/FD6E17E6-E281-42B0-8DB7-E13C7630668B/CCLBS/PDIM/AdobePIM.dylib. One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.

Best Regards,

Stefan
