Same here. Adobe Cloud update is just sitting at zero. Everytime Adobe updates this happens and they try to blame the users

It may just  be their own system is overloaded with customers trying to all download the same update at the same time

But Adobe never misses taking their monthly fee from my account They are really fast with that.

I have to agree that Adobe downloads in general are very slow and sub-par.  It has been that way since the beginning.  I've been a loyal Creative Cloud user and supporter of their products since the first version of Premiere and Photoshop.  Since CC has been in place, I always get slow sluggish downloads.  I thought after time this would improve but it never seems to.  When you contact support, if you can get through to an actual person, the response is mediocre.  They always seem to assume that your ISP or your security settings are the issue.  They're not...  The Adobe servers are in fact very slow when compared to other services.  I know what I'm doing.  My PC and ISP are fine.  I don't get why they just don't beef up their servers.  After all this time, they should have addressed this honestly by now.  I love Adobe software.  I work with it daily.  Enough with the BS and fix it already.  That's my two cents!

The download solved itself eventually. I suspect that Adobe's werver was just overloaded since they released a big update that day.

This forum seems to be run by a farily obnoxious person who seems to think his opinion is the only one that counts

I think it is appalling that this is virually the only way you can get support from Adobe.... having to ask who knows who and getting a lot of useless guesses back

Not impressed at all by this forum or its moderators
