hi photoshop wont download for me, the installer keeps getting stuck

    Enterprise and Team members:  Contact your organization's IT dept for assistance.  The IT plan admin will need to create a package for you.

    file syncing is not directly related to app installation, so i'm not sure what happens when you try to install, and i'm not sure if you have a team/enterprise subscription.

     

    but if you have an individual subscription and an up-to-date current os with tls 1.2 enabled on your default browser, install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
