Oliviacmay what specific error messages do you receive when you try to install the Adobe Creative Cloud applications?

There are no error messages. It started off by Indesign updating, then not being able to open and freezing. I went through all the uninstalling twice now and Adobe reps just keep saying the files are corrupted but not fixing the issue. As of right now, Indesign froze trying to re-download at 85% and there has been no change for over an hour.

Oliviacmay I would recommend reviewing the installation log files for InDesign to determine why it is not installing.  You can find details on how to locate the installation log files at Creative Cloud Help / Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC.  You are welcome to update this discussion with the specific error you are able to locate.


You also mentioned that you have been in contact with our support team.  Do you have a case number from your interaction with our support team that I can reference?
