1 - the update announcement

2 - the update stops at 5%. Google and every other web site is not working and if I open Activity Monitor it shows an empty window and crashes.

3 - I have to force quit Creative Cloud and restart the Mac to have the internet connection working again

    Hi,

     

    I knew I couldn't be the only one experiencing delays in updating Creative Cloud. The update managed to get to 12% yesterday and then no change for an hour. Restarted, tried to uninstall unsuccessfully, tried wifi, Ethernet, gave up. Today CC automatically started updating and it's been at 10% for about 30 minutes now.  Are there too many subscribers updating at the same time? Luckily, I can still work in InDesign 2022, Acrobat DC Pro, Illustrator 2022, and Photoshop 2019 with minimal errors. Glad I kept an older version; 2022 version cannot communicate with the CC desktop app - duh, it's updating! The start pages that show all your most recent documents do not come up—just a black window. Weird. 

     

    Hope this gets resolved soon since this is a "mandatory update." *sigh*
