Creative Cloud still does not launch even after following the suggestions in personal settings.

Bob I would recommend utilizing the steps listed in Error: "Failed to install" | Creative Cloud Desktop to reinstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.  If you have any questions regarding the steps listed in the document you are welcome to update this discussion.

BOB JAFFA do you receive any specific error messages? What operating system are you using?  What steps have you implemented?

I am on a mac using OS 10.10.4.

I downloaded the newest Creative Cloud app this morning and it dosen’t launch either. There are no error messages. The Creative Cloud icon appears briefly in the bar at the top and then disappears.
