I have just had the same problem. I am a school employee and this is very unfair. I contacted their online chat and all they would say in the end is that I have to contact the reseller.

This is an outrageous joke and blatant bullying by a corporation.

"Oh sorry sir. That car that you purchased from us, a year ago. Well, you don't own it any more. We do. We have changed our licensing policy. Please contact the dealer."

Silly me. They don't say please or sorry.

    Another Member based of your e-mail address it does not appear you are a school employee for the Academy of Arts University or was I mistaken?
