I would also like to file a complaint about the online customer service chat. I recently had an hour-long conversation with a customer service rep about renewing my CC subscription which ends in 7 days. They advised me that I had to cancel my subscription before I could buy the new one. I mentioned that I had to pay via Paypal, as my old card had expired, and they said it was fine. So they went ahead, canceled my subscription, and only then did they decide to inform me that I couldn't pay via Paypal due to the country I live in.
So now they canceled my subscription a week early, gave me no solution on how to re-subscribe, and can't undo the cancellation.
This is easily the worst customer service experience I've ever had, how could I file a formal complaint?
