photoshop elements 2020 is installed on new PC. Old PC is gone., but everything was transfered over to new. When I try to use PS 2020 it tells me I have it installed on too many PCs. If i uninstall can I reinstall? I have the ser#

    I'm afraid that ship sailed when you gave up your old PC.

    Time for a new license.

    you can install all you want. you just won't be able to activate it and therefore won't be able to use it beyond the 30day trial on any one computer.

    Program is installed in new PC, buut it says I have it installed in too many PCs and requires that I eliminate the others. How ??

    The ONLY way to DE-activate a serial number activation is on a working computer

     

    If you can't DE-activate on an existing computer you are not able to continue
