re-downloading

I need to re-download photoshop cs5 but it no longer appears in my order history. In the order number email from the "store manager" when I follow the link to download policy it says i can re-download up to 3 years after the date of purchase. It has been aproximately one year. I have a valid serial number and order number. Please help! -Thanks
