re downloading CS5 with serial number

I had my computer 'repaired' by Best Buy and they erased my Photoshop CS 5 program. I cannot find my original disk but I have the serial number. Where can I re download my program with my serial #. I would be eternally grateful if I knew how as I am very familiar with that program and do not want to purchase a new program. Best Buy says it's not their fault.

I tried that. It saves to my computer it says but then I can't open it. I try to open it and it does NOTHING. I am beyond frustrated. Angry with Best Buy who will not take responsibility for deleting my program in the first place and now the difficulty in trying to re download it. How can I disable my firewall and cookies.... will that help.
