Re-downloading software

Question

I need to reformat my MacBook Pro hard drive and reinstall the newest OS. How can I reinstall the Adobe products since they will be erased?  I have serial numbers but they are older downloads. Can I just re-download the software? Adobe Creative Suite & Lightroom 5.
