Ok, thanks for the additional updates, Giovanni. All of these details are important to confirm that you are not facing the same error that was affecting Mac computers produced in 2007. This was the topic of the previous public forum discussion you responded too.
Did you complete all four solutions listed in "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app after June 27? Did you receive any errors when attempting to rename the OOBE folder or when setting up a new local administrator account, Giovanni? Did you repeat solution one through 3 under the newly created account?
