I just purchased Lightroom and am receiving the same Lightroom Installer Error message (4960). Using Mac Sierra as well. Was there a solution discovered?

Thanks for the clarification Jenniferp87281587.  Please utilize the process discussed in Download and install Creative Cloud apps to download and install Photoshop CC 2017 and Lightroom CC 2015.  If you continue to face difficulties then I would recommend utilizing an alternate web browser.

Yes Jenniferp87281587 the error you are experiencing indicates that the DMG file you downloaded is damaged.  What version of Lightroom are you attempting to download and install?  Where did you download the software from?

I am attempting to download the software from the Adobe homepage. I purchased the Creative Cloud Photography plan a few days ago so whatever is the most current version on your site that is what I am attempting to download through the "get started" link I received in the purchase confirmation email.
