Hi John,

how can i log out, if my Creative Cloud is already deinstalled? (still used cleaner tool and everything, still get error 50 when installing the application)?

I already tried everything. Uninstalling. Cleaner Tool. Reinstalling with a new Admin Account. Still doesnt work 😕😕

Error code 50 occurs if the system is unable to back up existing assets while installing, since you've already tried basic troubleshooting steps to resolve it, i would recommend you to follow the steps shared in the following help documents and share the results with us:

Error code 2 or error code 50: Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application failed to update.

"Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.
