Thanks for the update Andresm68784705.  If you view this discussion in your web browser you can choose the Translate option in the bottom right hand corner of the post.  This will allow you to view the response in your preferred language.

Please download and run the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application uninstaller utility from Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application .  Once you have completed the removal process then I would recommend utilizing the steps listed in Download and install Creative Cloud apps to reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app.

The documents should also open in your preferred language.  If they are loading in English then choose the correct Region/Country from the option in the bottom left hand corner of the help document.

Branching to a new discussion.

Andresm68784705 what specific errors are you receiving when installing the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application?  What operating system are you installing it on?  Did you have any questions regarding the steps listed in "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app​?

Hi, thanks for replying, I do not speak much English so I'm translating with google. I have windows 10 fully updated to date, Adobe adobe cloud or any adobe test soft which installs me if or if adobe cloud, download the installer set-up.exe, run it correctly saying that it is opening the installer, run All the process of the green bar and it closes and gives me a message box saying installation error code 1. Also try to install previous versions which I have in cd as cc2015 and does the same process of set-up.exe and then It closes and never opens the final installer.
