Re-establishing CS5 on repaired computer

My old HD crashed & I have replaced it and loaded a new windows operating system.  I have reinstalled my Adobe CS5.5, but I am now told that I have too many copies.  Again, the copy on the old HD is trashed.  How do I get my records corrected and a new authorization code to use on my new operating system?

    Mylenium,

    Thank you for your responce.  I had hoped to accomplish this telephone communication even before I posted the problem.  However, I have not been able to find the support telephone number anywhere on this web page.  Can you supply that information?
