What's not working? 

• What if any error messages or codes are you seeing?
• Does your computer user profile have administrative rights?
• Were you able to install the software?
• Did you try disabling anti-virus?
• Did you restart your computer after installing?
• Can you open Creative Cloud Desktop App?
