Im having the same issue here. I´ve tried everything (including changing my prefer idiom in Adobe ID) and nothing happens.

Yes. I wasnt working. I´ve done it several times, rebooted my computer, installed the Adobe Clean Tool and unistalled everything using it...
Now its working, I´ve tried installing Reader (the lightier, i supose)... who knows... all applications are now in enlgish.
My guess is that using the Adobe Clean Tool to remove everything and start over worked it out, but its only a guess.
