I have a serial number and used it on my curent laptop to activate adobe pro. It downloaded but did not complete or activate because my laptop has issues - it doesn't have the capacity. So i want to stop using my old laptop and erase the serial number there, I have a new laptop and want to transder the adobe but  it say "already activated". Please help me register my product on my new laptop

you can no longer activate acrobat 9 no matter what you do.  ie, if you properly install it, you can use for 30 days.

Simply install it using the original installation disc.

If new laptop does not have a disc drive, you can pick up an external usb cd drive for fairly cheap.

Adobe will not help with that very old program

The ONLY way for you to be able to activate on a new computer is to DE-activate on the old computer

AND, that may not work since the old activation server has been taken out of service

The CS2-CS3-CS4 activation servers have been removed from service
