I have the same problem - unable to locate or start Premiere trial version.
So please send me a message and tell me how to get out of this rubbish.

Hi Hansa29054023,

Sorry that you are having trouble downloading the trial app for Premiere Pro CC.

There could be multiple factors behind this, first please check if your computer's operating system is compatible with the latest PR CC app, to know that refer to: Adobe Premiere Pro System Requirements.

If all the system requirements are met on your machine, then please I would recommend following the steps given in this help document to download the app: Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps.

The "same problem" in that other message was a 32bit version of Windows, and Premiere Pro has been 64bit only since version CS5
