can you please help me cancel my plan? I've been sitting in a "live chat" for 10 minutes and am reaching no one. I tried everything. Please help me cancel my Photoshop plan or at least direct me to a human to help me do this. Thank you

I apologize that you are facing troubles with the cancellation of the plan.
Just wanted to let you know that you can now self cancel your plan from your account. Follow Cancel your Adobe Creative Cloud membership
Additionally, please see Contact Support FAQ: Unable to reach support through the "Contact US" link since you are unable to reach a support person.
