You don't.  Photoshop 7 is obsolete software from the early 2000s.  And Win7 reached End of Life 5 years ago. Microsoft no longer supports it.

ie, you'll need to recall the adobe id you used to purchase or register ps 7, if you purchased or registered with adobe.
