This does not to have to do something with Adobe stock, does it? I'll move this to the creative cloud forum.

Also, Adobe now offers the current and ONE older version via the online program manager

i know this "thread" is out of date and there appears to be a branching problem, but for others, the show older apps toggle is in the (click the hamburger menu at upper left) files>preferences>apps menu
