while opening photoshop cc i am getting this error. how to fix it (windows XP)

Branched out from I get the error "InitializeCriticalSectionEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"  and moved to Creative Cloud Download & Install community.

Hi Narayana_Sherla,

As you have mentioned you are trying to install Photoshop CC on Windows XP, please be aware that Windows XP is not a compatible operating system for Photoshop CC (First CC version).
