hey I am having the same problem. I just paid for the student account. but it says I have the free plan.. I used PayPal...

Hi Nasmaa95598395,

As you have mentioned you have purchased a Creative Cloud student and teacher license subscription, however the apps are still giving you a trial option only.

I would suggest you to try the troubleshooting given in the following help document to resolve the issue: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase.
