Last night, I was finally able to download the newest version of Creative Cloud and LR classic, but for Photoshop I still had to go back to version 20, together with CameraRaw 12.0. It took me some time to remove virtually everything called "Adobe". Then, I used the CreativeCloud Cleaner Tool, manually removed every folder I still found on my system, used two different Registry cleaner tools, and finally manually cleaned some more keys concerning Adobe i found in the Registry. In between each and every step, I restarted the computer. I still must have missed some files, because I still wasn´t able to download and install the latest Photoshop version. It was a time-conuming, and very frustrating evening and night, but at least I am now able to develop the .CR3 raw files. (@RBS29: yes, I know how to use the DNG converter!)

The Adobe support wasn´t able to show me any other option, the second technician even put all my problems down to a slow internet connection. The situation at the moment is still not satisfactory, as I am neither able to update my apps with any chance of success, and I still have to use an older Photoshop version.

I am lucky, that I have the Photoshop 2020 V21 that I downloaded and install on my PC.

But there is an update on Photoshop and with Creative Cloud I cant update it. They told me that also about slow internet and down. But, I told them that it strange that the only program that I have problem to updated are those come from Adobe.

You can get the link from them to get the file for Photoshop V21.
