Re: I want to cancel my membership plan!

Dear Sheena,

Need your support, on subscribing i chose the option annual plan instead of pre paid annual plan , thus i will be charged on a monthly bases. I need to pay one shot for the year how can i change.

Do i have to cancel & resubscribe, if yes please guide me there is no cancel option in mange account

Hi Rania,

Since you have selected the annual plan, you will be charged each month for that plan before renewal which will happen after a year.

Also, you if you wish to change the plan, you will need to cancel the current plan and subscribe to a new one with the prepaid payment option as per your requirement.

You will need to contact support through call/chat for this request.

Hi Sheena,

Contacting any support seems useless and works in a loop that ends with the chat option not working (even at working hours as stated). I want to change my annual membership of all the adobe suite to just illustrator but it seems impossible... Please assist me asap.
