Re-install
I have a new computer Dell and want to run/re-install Adobe Photoshop that was on my old computer. I tried via my Adobe Account login, but does not work. What am I doing wrong ?

You install programs exactly the same way you did the 1st time... put your disc in the drive and enter your serial number when asked
