re-install acrobat XI standard

I am having to re-install acrobat XI standard due to a HD crash, when I open the program a box pops up for my program and serial number, when I look for acrobat XI it is not one of the programs in the drop down box so therefore my serial number does not work with any of the other programs.

What do I need to do to get acrobat up and runnung.
