You will not find an official link to download v4!

Adobe make it fairly clear that they support only the previous two versions of the current version (current is- Lr-Classic v9.1)

https://helpx.adobe.com/support/programs/support-periods.html

Lr4 was released in 2012- Do you think it might be time to upgrade your software along with the new computer?

Lr4 will not install in the new Mac Catalina OS anyway. (Catalina only accepts 64bit software- including the installers)

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.4.1, Photoshop 27.8, ACR 18.4, Lightroom 9.4, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .

Thanks for your answer, I think I'll just change for Affinity as I don't
like Adobe's new policy...

If you bought the program from the Adobe Store as a downloadable file, you should still be able to get the download from your Account. It's only the applications from CS1-3 that are no longer available. (ETA: If you bought it as a boxed set only, the below won't help you.)

  1. Log in to your Adobe account at https://account.adobe.com/products
  2. Click Order History. Links to the purchases you made from Adobe are displayed on the right.
  3. Click the link for the order for the product you want to download. A link to Downloads and serial numbers is displayed.
  4. Click the Downloads and serial numbers link to download the files and obtain the serial number for the product.

As stated above, if you are running the newest Mac OS (Catalina or later), you will not be able to run this program. Apple has dropped all support for 32-bit applications and will only run 64-bit applications. Photoshop Lightroom 4.4 is not a 64-bit application.
