I'm having the same issue , install button on creative cloud isn't working at all. Can't download off browser as it redirects to creative cloud app. Using 2012 MacBook Pro OS Mojave 10.14.6 And personal creative cloud account . Creative cloud version 5.3.1.470

You've posted to an old discussion so I branched this to a new topic for you.

  • Did you restart your computer after installing Creative Cloud?
  • Does your Mac user profile have administrative permissions to install software? 
  • Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.

  • How much empty space do you have on your primary hard drive?
  • How much RAM do you have?
