after a breakdown of windows I have to re-install windows 7

when I try to install Lightroom from the DVD (lightroom ret 91095915) connecter to my Adobe ID, I get a message that tell me my version is not compatible with Windows Vista !?

and I can't install my software.... what appen ? how to install my software
