re install MacBook Pro - how re install Adobe program see my account

Dear,

I want to reinstall my MacBook Pro. It taks a long time to start up.

I have a subscription with Adobe:

Acrobat - Bridge - Creative - Fuse - Lightroom - Photoshop - Premiere and XD.

Do I have to backup these programs first or can I reinstall them via my account.
