Hi,

So my laptop had a complete melt down this week and Ive had to completely re-install the windows OS.

As a result my Photoshop and Lightroom have gone so I will need to re-install.

As Im only allowed to download the apps on to 2 PCs will this re-install count as my 2nd install?

Ive not tried to download yet, will be doing it in about an hour

You can download/install on as many machines as you like.  Of all those machines you can only have two signed in for use.  Of those two machines you can only be using the subscription on one at a time.

If you did not sign out of the installation that you lost then that is still included in the count as far as the two you can have signed in.  You may need to contact Adobe Support to have them help with disabling that.
