Re-Installation Assistance
Good Evening, I purchased CS6 last June through Tech Soup. I have just upgraded my O/S to Windows 8 and attempted to re-download CS6, but my log-in and password for https://adobe.subscribenet.com no longer work. Also, I wanted to make sure the download/license key would still work. I am using the same computer, but the O/S install wiped the CS6 installation clean. I did not ‘de-activate’ the install before-hand, so I am concerned that there might be a problem. Can you please assist?
