I have a problem. I recently had my hard drive replaced and now would like to reinstall the program but the redemption code has already been used. How can I reinstall Lightroom 5. Thanks!

You simply use the serial registered on your account when you traded in the redemption code and/or sign in to the CC app.

Thanks for the reply.

The problem is that the redemption code is needed to activate the serial number. It won't accept my redemption code to even get to the next step. Do I have any other recourse?
