Re-installation Problem of CS6 for Mac 10.9.5

After Computer crash I re-install the system, but my creative Site CS6 wont work anymore. So I downloaded at new "Adobe design & Web Premium CS6", but during the installation, "Adobe Application Manager" quit inexpectely after installing 99%. What can I do to make the installation work ?

uninstall anything cs6 that's installed.

clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html)

then reinstall.

    Thanks very much, kglad. Your help was helpful : the applications are re-installed, but... I always can't start the applications, because of an error 16...
