I am having the same issue as Vlado; my installation is stuck at 5%. I looked at the codes in the link you provided above Jeff but I don't have any codes that say anything is wrong. It's just stuck at 5% and says "Installation in progress. Do not close this window until installation is complete." I'm not a computer tech kind of person so all of the steps that Vlado has above are Greek to me. I have tried following the steps in another staff member's post but when I go to "Quit Creative Cloud" it won't quit the program at all. I have no idea what I need to do.

Ok, thanks Daxl.  As a next step please implement the four solutions listed in "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app .  If you have any questions on how to complete any of the listed steps please update this public forum discussion.

Daxl, I also noticed that you have an EDU e-mail address when you are posting to a public discussion forum.  Are you using a computer and network that you manage yourself or does the computer on network belong to the educational institution?

It is my personal computer and connection at home. It doesn't give an error. The installation just hasn't moved from 5% within 2 hours.

Daxl, what error codes are you receiving when you attempt to install the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application?  Please see Creative Cloud download and install errors for details on how to locate errors in the install log.

And I am running a Mac desktop that is only 9 months old.
