Re-Installing a registered product that is not showing up in My Orders.

I purchased CS5 Extended on Oct 3 2011.  The original computer it was installed on died and I am trying to re-install it on another computer but when I go into my orders, it is not showing up.  I can find it in My Products.  I have the serial number.
