Re Installing CS4

Getting error 6 upon trying to open any cs4 web premium apps.  Checked for uninstallation files and couldn't find any.  So, they aren't listed in my programs and features either. I need to re install them, but can't find a download to do so.  I have a serial key for it in my account info still.
