Is it CS5 can be installed on more than one--one answer said up to 500 BUT--computer or twice (two computers) per pin/regi key total but only one at any one time can be used? So, if turning off one: does the other one work but both computers won't run the software turned on together? Otherwise--not being turned on together--I'm not getting it... I need to install CS5 web premo again (for a second installation without uninstalling on the first (other) turned on/off laptop) from either an external hard drive storage device, download from Adobe? I have my original purchase receipt, my registration code/pin, serial number proof of payment by AmEx/Dell (3rd parties to transaction) and US Fed/AZ/CA state issued foto id but my installation cds are being stolen right now; the thieves will never try to install because... I want to install my Adobe CS5 on a second laptop Win 8.1 operating @7. I'm thinking trial download, enter registration (license) number? Or suggestion? I can buy Click Free total replacement and it will load Adobe cs5 onto my 2nd laptop but I would like a confirmation of some sort from Adobe saying it's not foul, please. EULA says 2nd is okay but use on one at a time only... Which means? One turned on one turned off: or does it mean uninstall one after/before installing it on another? It's like I'm stupid.

    TyvonneF I am sorry but I don't completely understand your post.  You can find details regarding the activation process for Creative Suite 5 at Activate and deactivate Adobe products .

    If you need to download a fresh copy of the retail installation files then they are available at Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products..

    Finally, if you need to locate your registered serial number then I would recommend reviewing Find your serial number for details on how to locate your registered serial number.

    If you need to download a fresh copy of the retail installation files then they are available at Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products..

      It is helpful, thank you: however, I got this far already; does it mean two computer installs per one license but both computers cannot be turned on together (not operating CS5 at the same time: and they are not allowed to turn each other on) or does it mean de-activate on one to activate on the other, please?!

      (I don't have my original installation CDs w/me; those are being stolen. I have my serial number, license (registration) number and since 2010 Adobe ID account access, the original sales (3rd party Dell, payment by AmEx ), valid US Fed/CA/AZ state issued ID to prove I'm the rightful owner.

      This is whybecause my installation CDs are being stolen)I need to either attempt installation from an external hard drive device (self made cd) or a download from Adobe; the Adobe software downloads for CS5 do not show the entire complete CS5 web premium. I've never tried to run the programs as separately installed programs... I'm presuming it worksI can live w/out Flash Catalystotherwise, Adobe would not be presenting portions for download not whole?

      I need to covert .swf files to .mov (QT) to convert... But my Win XPS service pack 3 won't allow me to download QT 7: Flash says (as does PS) I have to have QT "7 or higher" to convert .swf to QT .mov

      I installed '7' QT on my other laptop but I prefer to do my physical work (illustrations, photo, flash prep) on my XP, so?

      Is it install on twoone or the otherand just don't turn them on at the same time or is it install on one, uninstall on the other.

      If you have any suggestion as to how I can convert .swf w/out installing QT 7 it would be appreciated.

      (I tried to mark your answer as correct or helpful but it won't allow me to do so for lack of a correct button).

      T Yvonne F I would recommend re-reviewing my response in message #1 of this discussion.  I verified that you have a retail license for Creative Suite 5 Web Premium for Windows registered under your account. 

      You can review post #1 of your public forum discussion for links to download the software, locate the serial number, and answer your questions regarding activating the software on two computers .
